Dear PowerFactory User

On December 19th, 2011 we launched our new “DIgSILENT Customer Portal” for PowerFactory support services.
The new system considerably improves our support services and offers substantial advantages to our clients.
These advantages include:

- Support query tracking.
- File exchange.
- Access to the DIgSILENT knowledge database with detailed searching capability.

The DIgSILENT knowledge database includes manuals, technical references, FAQs and more.
In the download area you will find current PowerFactory releases with the related documentation and model libraries.

This system replaces the previous e-mail based PowerFactory support system.
All support queries are now processed via the DIgSILENT Customer Portal.

Please ensure that you are registered as a PowerFactory user to access the new support service.
You can register at http://www.digsilent.de/Software/UserRegistrations
or through the "Register" entry in the PowerFactory "Help" menu.

For accessing the DIgSILENT Customer Portal, please use the following link:

Login name: Your registered email address.
Password: Your company password, which can be found in the license agreement.
